Internet Service Update
Fibersphere Communications, the Association’s internet service provider, has officially taken over the network operations from Greenfield Communications, effective immediately. Homeowners may now start to direct any and all customer service related questions to Fibersphere at (714) 923-0035 or online at www.fibersphere.com. See attachment for additional information.
If you had a voice/phone service with Greenfield Communications, you may have recently received a notice from Greenfield directly that they will no longer be able to support the service and that your phone number may be lost. Fibersphere has arranged an option to keep the voice service active in your home, so please contact Fibersphere at (714) 923-0035 by Friday, February 7, 2018. See attachment for additional details.
