Asphalt Repairs/Slurry Seal Schedule

The asphalt repairs are underway. By now, you should have received a notice with a complete schedule of the slurry seal project that begins on your street and/or other streets in your neighborhood on Monday, October 7, 2019 through October 21, 2019. Please ensure you review the information in detail and plan ahead to avoid any delays or unfortunate incidents. Please honor all safety cones and barricades during the project. A copy of the scheduled maintenance service is attached below for your reference.

TRAFFIC IMPACTS & ACCESS:

To properly apply slurry seal, each street must be closed from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. the following day, to allow for the application and drying process. No vehicles will be allowed on your street until the work is complete. Access to and from your driveway will also be prohibited. If you need to use your vehicle, we suggest you park it on another nearby street, not in the work area. Temporary “NO PARKING” signs, with the date and time of the parking restrictions, will be posted 48 hours in advance of the work.
