Talmadge Homes – Overnight Parking Restrictions:

It has come to our attention that some residents may not be aware of the parking restrictions in the Talmadge section of the community. This is a friendly reminder of the parking guidelines established in 2018 for the residents living/parking on Stein-Strauss, Shapiro, Simon and the west-end of Root and Evans Streets. All vehicles parking on these streets between the hours of 12:00am to 6:00am must be registered or safe-listed with Patrol One, or vehicles are subject to tow. If you haven’t already, please contact Patrol One at (714) 541-0999 to create your account profile and register all of your vehicles. A copy of the application from Patrol One is located on the Resident Portal for your reference. For owners that have tenants, please ensure you’ve contacted your tenants and explained the guidelines. Tenants who have vehicles towed will be instructed to contact their landlords.
