Slurry Seal Work at Cal Atlantic Homes (previously known as Standard Pacific)

The Association was recently made aware by the Builder, (Lennar) that they were scheduled to be at the new Cal Atlantic Homes starting March 21^st through March 25^th working on the slurry seal of the streets. In fact, the Builder may have posted individual notices on the front doors notifying residents of the work.

Please note that due to concerns with the existing condition of some of the streets, the slurry seal work is being postponed until further notice. The Builder has allowed the Association to review the condition of the asphalt, prior to the application of the slurry seal. As soon as the Association can verify the streets are ready to have the slurry seal applied, Management will contact the Builder to have the project scheduled.
