Property Lighting

Homeowners are reminded that criminals avoid the spotlight and well-lit streets are proven to deter crime and prevent accidents relating to safety.  Many residents simply need to replace their burned-out porch lights.  Please note that the lights attached to your property are a homeowner responsibility, (unless you are part of the condo sub-associations). Please have the photocells inspected regularly and replace the light bulbs when they are out.  In addition, supplemental lights not provided by the original builder may require HOA approval if they are non-approved fixtures or create light nuisance to neighboring homes.  If you observe a street or park fixture light is not working, please report the issue to Property Management.
