Labor Day Weekend Clubhouse Closure – Friday, Monday, and Tuesday

The clubhouse will be closed Friday, September 1st through Tuesday, September 5th. Community Care can be reached at communitycare@actionlife.com or 949-450-0202. Please note Friday after business hours until Tuesday business hours, Community Care will only be taking emergency calls. Chris will return to normal office hours Wednesday, September 6th.
