Dear Amerige Heights Residents,

As the new General Manager of this beautiful community, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to serve each of you. I am reminded daily of the unique bond we share and the values we hold dear. The Amerige Heights slogan, “It’s neighborly here,” resonates deeply with me and reflects the essence of what makes our community so special.

Being a good neighbor goes beyond simply living next door to someone. It means actively contributing to a harmonious and supportive environment. When we embrace neighborliness, we create a community where everyone feels welcome and valued.

Consider the positive impact of being mindful of your actions:

• Parking considerately on trash day ensures that everyone’s bins are collected without hassle

• Being aware of noise levels, especially during late or early hours, helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere

• Attending to maintenance responsibilities, such as lawn care or shared backyard fences, shows respect for your neighbors’ property and fosters a sense of pride in our shared spaces.

These small acts of consideration and kindness can significantly improve the quality of life for everyone in our community. It’s up to each of us to make an effort. When we all contribute, we create a safer, cleaner, and more enjoyable place to live.
