Exterior Paint Maintenance

As some of you have already noticed, the Association recently began to send induvial notices to residents requesting that the exterior of their homes be re-painted. Not all notices have been sent, as we felt that the project would be better managed by breaking up the community into 5-6 sections to monitor the project closer. More homes are being evaluated and notices to the remaining homes are expected to be mailed shortly. If you haven’t already re-painted the exterior of your home, please begin to prepare. Our community is now approximately 17 years old and we want to ensure the neighborhood of Amerige Heights maintains its appeal and beauty by ensuring homes are maintained and always looking their best.  To maintain the aesthetic integrity of the community it is important that the painting of your home occurs within a reasonable amount of time.

The Design Review Guidelines allow you to repaint with the existing colors without having to submit an application for approval.  The existing color schemes cannot be changed, so if you do not have the color schemes from the Builder, it is your responsibility to match the colors as close as possible.

We all know the importance of maintaining the community, not only to keep Amerige Heights a wonderful place to live, but also to enhance the value of the community as a whole.
