Attention – Mailbox Break Ins

Amerige Heights residents, we have seen a recent rash of break ins to our shared mailboxes. Below is some information for you to know and use:

If you are a member of a sub association (Gallery Walk, Plaza Walk, Studio Walk, or Radcliff) then please reach out to your management should you fall victim to this.

If you are a resident of only Amerige Heights, then we ask that you please call the Fullerton PD non-emergency number (unless you catch the suspects in the act) and file a police report. We have alerted the PD and they should be increasing patrols in our area. If anyone has any images or video of these incidents, please pass that along to the PD as well.

Our master association CC&Rs maintain that the mailboxes, though shared, are the maintenance responsibility of the homeowners (this may or may not be true for the sub associations). That being said, please reach out to Chris in the clubhouse or amerige@actionlife.com if your mailbox has been broken into. He will assist you as he is best able per our associations rules.

We are all in this together, so please keep an eye out. Let’s file police reports when calling the Fullerton PD, and anyone with camera footage please speak up. Let try to make our community safer together.
