Management Office Hours at the Clubhouse/Introducing Chris Trout, Resident Service Coordinator:

Your Board of Directors is happy to announce that Action Property Management will be onsite Monday through Friday moving forward. We are excited to introduce Chris Trout as the Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) for Amerige Heights Community Association. Chris Trout has extensive experience working with Action’s systems and processes and is well trained and equipped to handle any customer-facing questions that you may have. The Board of Directors believes that an increased presence will help foster a sense of community and ensure that residents always have a representative available to guide them when it comes to Association matters. Please be kindly reminded that Chris cannot respond ‘live’ to any Board-level questions (such as fee waiver requests, suggestions that need to be added to a Board agenda, etc.), and that these will be routed to the next Board Meeting as usual. Given Chris’s new role as Resident Services Coordinator, some items will also need to be routed to Eddie Tovar, who works very closely with your Board of Directors; please be patient and understanding and help us welcome Chris to our community!

Chris will work exclusively servicing Amerige Heights and will assist your Senior Community Manager, Eddie Tovar. Chris Trout and Eddie will work together to tackle the needs of the Association as it pertains to ongoing projects, but the implementation of the RSC will benefit the homeowners directly in many ways! You are welcome to contact Action Property Management via the phone like you normally do, however you now have the option to come by the clubhouse for more personalized assistance. He will be available on-site at the Clubhouse to assist homeowners with the following:

  • Processing work orders
  • Answering general questions related to
    • Non-Compliance Matters
    • Architectural Applications
    • Clubhouse Reservations
  • Tennis Court FOB key distribution
  • Account inquiries
  • Acceptance of monthly assessment payments
  • Serve as a resource on the day to day operations of the community

*Office hours subject to change due to any scheduled Clubhouse event. Given that the rental schedule fluctuates, a sign will be posted on the door when the clubhouse is closed for office-hours.

A dedicated email address has been created for residents to utilize when contacting Management, which will be monitored by Chris Trout under Eddie Tovar’s supervision. The email address is: amerige@actionlife.com. You can continue to use all email addresses that you have on file during this transition and they will be routed to Chris at the above email address for processing. You may also continue to email Eddie, as he will continue to be your Senior Community Manager and remain involved as always. There will be little to no interruption for you as a resident other than the efficiencies being implemented by adding staff to the team! *All forms/applications are currently being revised to reflect the new email address for future submissions; any applications already being processed shall see no interruption.
