Fire Access Gates Locked at Cal Atlantic Homes

The Association was recently made aware that the Builder has locked the fire access gates that are located on Cusick Drive, at the entrance of Hughes Drive and Hydraflow Way, in the Cal Atlantic Homes. According to the City, the locked gates are part of the initial Building and Safety plan and that the gates are to remain locked for emergency vehicle access.
