Residents living in the Studio Walk sub-association, should contact Marth Bryan at Action Property Management with any questions that pertain to their streets, swimming pool keys, mailboxes, parking, towing or any other issues for their specific condos.
To service the AC units in Studio Walk, roof access is required. The key to access the roof must be coordinated in advance with the Studio Walk property manager. The staff in the Amerige Heights Clubhouse do not have access to any part of this process and can only refer Studio Walk residents to their property manager for assistance.
