Protocols on How and When to Contact the Officer on Duty

  • Emergency Situations: DIAL 911
  • Urgent Situations: Immediately contact the patrol officer if you notice any suspicious activity or urgent safety concerns.
  • Non-Emergency Situations: For non-urgent matters, such as reporting a minor issue or requesting information, call or text the patrol officer.

Services Provided by Allied Universal

  • Patrol Services: Their highly trained officers will conduct regular patrols on foot and by vehicle to ensure a visible and effective safety presence.
  • Parking Monitoring and Enforcement: Actively monitor and enforce parking regulations on private streets and designated areas within Amerige Heights. Officers will conduct regular patrols to identify violations such as parking in fire lanes, unauthorized spaces, or blocking access points. NOTE: They do not have jurisdiction over public streets; local law enforcement handles public street parking.
  • Enhanced Communication: A strong emphasis on clear and open communication. They will maintain regular contact with our community management team and be readily available to address any concerns or inquiries from residents. This improved communication will help ensure that all safety issues are handled effectively and transparently.
  • Incident Reporting and Follow-Up: Detailed reports of any incidents that occur within the community. These reports will include information on the nature of the incident, actions taken by the officers, and any follow-up measures required. This thorough documentation will help keep our community informed and ensure accountability.
  • Community Engagement: Officers are trained not only in comprehensive safety protocols but also in building strong community relationships. They will actively engage with residents to build trust and foster a strong sense of safety and community spirit. Whether it’s attending Board Meetings to provide updates on their activities, participating in Safety Meetings to collaborate on innovative solutions for proactively addressing safety concerns, or simply being a friendly and approachable presence in the neighborhood, their goal is to create a positive, cohesive, and welcoming environment for all residents.
  • Technological Integration: Advanced technology to enhance their patrol services. This includes the use of real-time reporting tools, GPS tracking for patrol vehicles, and integrated surveillance systems to monitor key areas within the community. These technologies help ensure comprehensive coverage and quick response times.

Patrol Personnel for Amerige Heights

  • Post Commander, Maria Lopez: We are equally thrilled to welcome Maria Lopez as the new Post Commander assigned to Amerige Heights. Maria will supervise the patrol officers, ensuring they stay on task while providing the necessary oversight and encouragement to keep our community safe. Maria brings with her an impressive nine years of experience patrolling homeowner associations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and is passionate about helping others, which further underscores her expertise and commitment to please our residents and the communities she serves. Maria will be actively involved in our community, attending monthly Board of Directors meetings where she will share a report on her findings and highlight improvements in patrol services. Please take a moment, as you see Maria in the community, to give her a warm Amerige Heights welcome. We are confident that her experience and dedication will greatly benefit our community, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact she will make.
