Road Work at Cal Atlantic Homes (previously known as Standard Pacific)

The Association was recently made aware by the Builder that they are scheduled to be onsite stating on Monday, August 31^st, to complete road work at the Cal Atlantic Homes section (previously known as Standard Pacific). A calendar of the work is posted below. The Builder will repair the asphalt and apply the seal coat of all streets. The Builder anticipates temporarily closures of the streets to complete the work, so please look out for additional signage posted. Please note that this is not a project that is being managed by the Association, so we are not aware of all the details.
