We’re excited to announce the opening of our new office in Amerige Heights!
Starting immediately, we’re welcoming residents at this new location with the following office hours:
Amerige Heights Office Hours:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The entrance to the office is located on the backside of the building near the handicapped parking spot, please see the image below for reference.
We are also pleased to announce that a new Clubhouse Agreement has been finalized for the use and operation of our community clubhouse!
This new agreement reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing the resident experience by ensuring that the clubhouse remains a welcoming, well-maintained, and efficiently managed space for gatherings, events, and recreational activities.
Key highlights of the new agreement include:
- Facility rentals are only available on Fridays from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Security deposit refunds may take up to 60 days to process after the signed form is received by Management
- Pricing updates reflect a $500.00 fee for rentals without alcoholic beverages and a $750.00 fee for rentals with alcoholic beverages
- The deposit fee ($250.00 for non-alcohol events and $500.00 for events with alcohol) will be returned after the Clubhouse event is complete and no issues are reported within the 60-day time frame
- Rentals may be booked no more than 6 months in advance and no less than 14 days prior to the event date
- Proof of liability insurance must be provided 14 days from the submittal date
- Insurance will be necessary if outside vendors are involved
- Cancellations must be in writing and at least 30 days in advance for a full refund
- A $250.00 fee will apply to any bulky items left behind after the event
The Clubhouse Agreement is effective immediately, and all residents are encouraged to review the updated document via the Resident Portal.
