Dear Residents,
We wanted to inform you that the community tennis courts will be closed for renovations beginning Monday, July 28, and are expected to remain closed for approximately three weeks, weather permitting.
Renovation Schedule:
- Week of July 28: Removal of existing surface coatings and installation of a divider fence on the court farthest from the clubhouse (future pickleball court).
- Week of August 4: Resurfacing of all three courts.
- Week of August 11: Final curing and inspection.
- Expected Completion by October 1st
We’re also excited to share that one of the courts is being converted into a new pickleball court, which will be available for use once the project is complete. This enhancement is part of our continued effort to upgrade community amenities.
The courts will be completely closed during this entire period. For safety and to ensure the quality of the resurfacing work, no one should access the courts at any time during this closure even if the contractor is not actively on site. A “Courts Closed” notice has also been posted at all three gates as a reminder.
