Dear Amerige Heights HOA Residents,
We are pleased to announce the completion of recent enhancement projects at McDermont Park and Holcomb Park to further improve our community spaces! Please take a moment to review the improvements below.
McDermont Park: (pictures #1-5)
- New pavers installed at the gazebo
- New pavers installed at the chess tables
- Additional pavers added at the circular planter located at the north end of the park
- New seating area added with four cement tables near the tennis courts, which may be used as a waiting area for those playing tennis or pickleball
Holcomb Park: (picture #6)
- Newly added four wooden tables under the pavilions, providing more shaded seating for residents and guests to enjoy
We are also excited to share that new lighting has been installed at the gazebo and throughout the community, brightening walkways and gathering areas while enhancing safety for all residents.
We encourage everyone to visit the parks and enjoy these improvements, which were designed to create more accessible and welcoming spaces for all residents.
