Property Management

The single family homes, townhomes and condos that make up the Amerige Heights community are managed by different management companies.

 

Amerige Heights Master HOA, Stoneybrook & StanPac Management Team

The Amerige Heights Community Association along with the Stoneybrook and StanPac Cost Centers are managed by Action Property Management.  Their onsite management team, which includes the General Manager and Community Relations Coordinator, are located at the Amerige Heights Clubhouse, Monday to Friday. They can assist with any issues in-person or be reached via email or phone as alternative options. There is also an offsite Community Care Department that can assist when needed.

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the community. Collaborates with HOA vendors, ensuring that maintenance and projects run smoothly and within the HOA budget. Interfaces with accounting, legal, insurance, etc to maintain HOA compliance with state laws..

Works closely with the residents to coordinate events, activities, and programs that enrich the community. Assists residents with maintenance requests, architectural requests, Clubhouse reservations, general questions, acceptance of payments and obtaining a key fob for the tennis courts.

Located offsite, they assist with maintenance requests, billing and account inquiries. They can also forward information to the GM or CRC.

Radcliff, Studiowalk, Plazawalk and Gallerywalk Sub-Associations

These sub-associations are managed by different management companies and do not have an onsite office within the community.  Residents must reach out to their respective sub-association property managers for assistance with their property such as mailboxes, parking, towing, etc.

For issues regarding the Clubhouse, sub-association residents should contact the Amerige Heights HOA team at the Clubhouse.
