Common Area Broken Sprinklers or Over Watering

The Amerige Heights Community Association is quickly approaching 20 years old. While the landscape company and irrigation technician inspect the common area irrigation regularly, sprinklers will periodically need maintenance/repair. The Board of Directors invites you to work together with the landscape team to ensure that irrigation issues are reported promptly. Please report any common area issues related to broken sprinklers or over-watering to Action Property Management at (800) 400-2284 or via email to communitycare@actionlife.com. Management will dispatch a landscape representative promptly upon receipt of the report. Let’s all work together and help conserve water!

If you notice a problem with a homeowner maintained sprinkler or see excessive water run-off, feel free to leave a note for your neighbor and let them know. A friendly note is always appreciated and fosters a sense of community in your neighborhood. As you know, most homeowners are sleeping when their sprinkler system comes on and these issues are difficult to identify. You may also notify your Community Manager, Eddie Tovar, at etovar@actionlife.com to make him aware of the situation.
