Safety Patrol Vendor

Homeowners are reminded that Patrol-One, the community safety patrol vendor, is primarily contracted to address parking control issues; however, they are also tasked with reporting observed unsafe/illegal activities to the Fullerton Police Department and Property Management.  Patrol-One personnel may also approach, and attempt to correct, individuals observed to be violating HOA rules when they deem it safe to do so.  Property Management is regularly advised of issues observed by Patrol One and follows up with homeowners when appropriate.  The Board will continue to communicate with Patrol One regarding this and other issues and make enhancements to services when possible.
